Frequently Asked Questions

1. What are the different types of serves offered by Sirvoce LLC?

We offer three main types of serves to meet your legal needs:

  • Standard Serve: A physical serve that typically takes 4-7 days. This includes a comprehensive skip trace to locate the individual and detailed documentation to ensure accuracy.
  • Rush Serve: A fast-tracked physical serve with the first attempt made within 24 hours of receiving the documentation. This service also includes a skip trace and detailed documentation.
  • ServeAI: A digital serve delivered via text, email, or social media, utilizing a 7-point ID verification system to ensure security and privacy. ServeAI dramatically reduces serve time to as little as 15 minutes. Note: ServeAI is available only in states that permit electronic service of process.

2. What is ServeAI?

ServeAI is our innovative digital serve solution. Instead of a physical serve, documents are delivered electronically via text, email, or social media. ServeAI uses a 7-point ID verification process to ensure that the documents reach the correct person securely and privately. This method reduces the average serve time from days to just minutes. Please note that ServeAI is only available in states where electronic service is legally permitted.

3. How do I know if ServeAI is available in my state?

ServeAI is available in states that allow electronic service of process. Because laws vary by state and are subject to change, we recommend checking with your state’s court system or consulting with a legal professional to determine if ServeAI can be used for your case.

4. How does the 7-point ID verification work in ServeAI?

ServeAI’s 7-point ID verification process ensures that the legal documents reach the intended recipient securely. This includes verifying identity through multiple methods, such as confirming contact details, tracking IP addresses, and monitoring the location where documents are opened. Every step is documented to maintain a clear record of the serve.

5. What is a skip trace, and why is it important?

A skip trace is the process of locating an individual when their current whereabouts are unknown. This is especially important for ensuring that legal documents are delivered to the right person. We include a comprehensive skip trace in both our Standard and Rush Serve options to increase the accuracy and success of the serve.

6. How does Sirvoce LLC ensure the safety of my documents?

At Sirvoce LLC, we take the security and confidentiality of your documents very seriously. All submitted documents are encrypted and stored securely to prevent unauthorized access. Our systems are designed with advanced security measures to ensure that your sensitive information remains protected throughout the serve process.

7. What happens after I submit my documents to Sirvoce LLC?

Once we receive your documents, our team immediately begins the process of verifying the information and preparing for the serve. If you’ve chosen our Standard Serve or Rush Serve, we will perform a skip trace if necessary to locate the recipient. For ServeAI, we initiate our 7-point ID verification process. You will receive updates throughout the process, and once the serve is completed, we will provide you with detailed documentation and affidavits as proof of service.

8. What if Sirvoce LLC is unable to complete the serve?

If we are unable to complete the serve, we will notify you promptly and provide a detailed explanation of the attempts made. In such cases, we will work with you to explore alternative options, which may include additional attempts, using different methods of service, or advising on next steps based on the circumstances. Our goal is to ensure that every effort is made to successfully complete the serve in accordance with legal requirements.

9. How will I be notified about the status of my serve?

You will receive regular updates via email or your preferred method of communication as your serve progresses. This includes notifications when your documents are received, when the serve is attempted, and when it is completed. For ServeAI, you will also receive detailed records of the digital interactions, including when the documents were accessed and any actions taken by the recipient.

10. What measures are in place to protect my privacy?

We understand the importance of privacy in legal matters. All of our serves, whether physical or digital, are handled with the highest level of discretion. ServeAI, in particular, is designed to maintain the privacy of both the sender and the recipient, ensuring that the process is confidential and secure. We do not share your information with third parties, and all communications are encrypted to protect your data.
